In every phase of the project DEJMAR’s Turnaround project managers are ready to say: should not this project be ended.

Nobody ever wants to hear this, but project managers always have to put this question, because conditions or technology may change, consequently outdating projects.
In addition to our project managers being mentally strong, they are also sharp in making diagnoses and solving problems. They are experts in selecting of and focussing on important matters. They are easy in getting on with people and effective in the management of suppliers. They communicate specifically and gear the communication towards the recipient. They selectively use information by filtering this and extracting the essence. In this way they are not swamped with the many data and information that are always amply available in projects and programs.
In all cases they have one thing in common, namely they get things done!
Through this our project managers are invaluable for every project and program organisation with large challenges/problems.

There always will be problems in projects and the larger the problems the more security you as a customer will want to have that you have project managers who will get things fixed. It does come down to something as simple as that.

“We cannot solve problems by thinking in the same way as when we created the problems”.
